A key contributor to Events+ Hubs and Video Library. Work focused on discovery, solution design, and customer advocacy.
- Events+ Hubs: Designed core experiences to drive adoption among  planners and event attendees. Core experiences included event discovery, credit/certificate access, content automation from events, and new hub onboarding. Features focused on establishing Events+ as a frequent destination between events.
- Video Library: Frequently refined core  experiences to simplify  accessing and managing video content. Refinement touched video workflows and editing tools — reducing UX friction and aligning the UI with internal design system standards.
### Product Design Intern | Cvent
Worked closely with research, product, and experience over 3 months to design a feature suite addressing organizational friction on the Video Library platform. Drove discovery through cross collaborative workshops, desk research, surveys, user interviews, and design crits.
### Product Design Intern | Tinder
Partnered with the Trust & Safety team to redesign blocking and privacy features. Contributed to the Design System by building reusable components, grounded in usability and market research.
